In the fallout of nuclear war, the twisted Public Axis robots, Killicon and Eradicus, have been ambushed by a ruthless gang of garbage-worshiping zealots. Their only hope lies in the hands of their unpaid cyborg intern and their mutant engineer, but more is at stake than just their artificial lives: The Public Axis Agenda must continue to broadcast bizarre and baffling entertainment to the drifters of the Trashlands, or else all of humanity may come to an end!
